Extended Warranty Claims

If you purchased an extended warranty through Janssen Insurance or Autosure when you bought your vehicle from PWC, here's exactly how to make a claim.

This page is for Premium Wholesale Cars customers who purchased an extended warranty — through either Janssen Insurance or Autosure — at the time of their vehicle purchase.

If your vehicle is still within the 3-month dealer warranty period, contact us directly instead — we handle those claims in-house.

How to Claim — Janssen

Janssen manages the entire claim through their approved repairer network. You contact them, they authorise the work, and the repairer invoices Janssen directly.

Call Janssen

Phone 0800 456 578. Have your policy number and vehicle registration ready.

Provide Vehicle Details

Give your policy number, vehicle make/model/registration, and describe the fault clearly.

Authorised Repairer Assigned

Janssen will authorise an approved repairer and direct you to take your vehicle there.

Take Vehicle to Repairer

Drop your vehicle at the approved repairer. They will assess and carry out the repair.

Repairer Invoices Janssen

The repairer invoices Janssen directly for the covered work. You don't chase the payment.

Pay Excess (If Applicable)

If your plan has an excess, you pay that amount to the repairer. Everything else is covered.

Autosure handles the assessment and repair arrangement once you contact them with your policy details and fault description.

Describe the Fault

Provide your policy number and a clear description of what's wrong with the vehicle.

Assessment Arranged

Autosure will arrange an assessment and/or repair through their approved process.

Pay Excess

You pay the excess (if applicable). The covered repair costs are handled by Autosure.

Photos of the fault or warning lights (if applicable)

Don't Have Extended Warranty?

If you didn't purchase an extended warranty when you bought your vehicle, it may not be too late. Depending on your vehicle's age, kilometres, and condition, you may still be eligible to add extended cover.

Some plans require a brief inspection before cover can begin on an existing vehicle. The sooner you enquire, the more options are available.
