About Premium Wholesale Cars

Premium Wholesale Cars NZ Limited is a licensed Motor Vehicle Trader registered in New Zealand, based at 27 Watts Road, Sockburn, Christchurch. We sell quality used vehicles at wholesale prices across Canterbury and throughout Aotearoa.

Vehicle Information Accuracy

We take reasonable care to ensure photos, specifications, odometer readings, and descriptions on our website are accurate. However, details are provided as a guide only — actual vehicle condition should be verified in person before purchase.

Vehicles may be sold between the time a listing is published and a buyer makes contact. Availability is confirmed on a first-come basis.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice and exclude on-road costs (registration, WOF, and any optional add-ons) unless stated.

Special offers and finance rates are available for a limited time and may have eligibility criteria. A vehicle is only reserved once a signed purchase agreement and deposit are in place.

Finance

Finance is arranged through our accredited lending partners and is subject to credit approval, lender terms, and responsible-lending checks under the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act (CCCFA). Advertised rates are indicative — your rate depends on your application and the lender.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those Acts apply. As a licensed Motor Vehicle Trader we stand behind the vehicles we sell.

Fair Trading Act

We do not make misleading or deceptive claims about our vehicles, services, or pricing. If you believe any information we have provided is misleading, please contact us so we can put it right.

Intellectual Property

All website content — text, images, logos, graphics, and code — is owned by or licensed to Premium Wholesale Cars NZ Limited and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright law. You may not copy, republish, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
